Until dispatch, we may decline an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability. Pricing & payment All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price charged is the one displayed at the point of order confirmation. Handmade products Because every item is handmade, small variations in size, colour, and finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade crochet work and are not considered defects. Shipping, returns & refunds Our full Shipping & Returns Policy — including the 14-day returns rule, damaged parcel procedure, refund eligibility, and non-returnable items — forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key points: - No refunds or replacements for customer errors (wrong address, missed delivery, wrong size/colour, change of mind) - Damaged parcels must be opened in front of the courier and refused if the item is damaged - Returns must arrive within 14 days, unused and in original condition - Custom-made and personalised items are non-returnable - Shipping fees are non-refundable --- 7. Custom & personalised orders For made-to-order, custom, or personalised items, work begins once your order is confirmed. These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started, except where required by law. --- 8. Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Chelle Belles Crochet is not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. --- 9.
